This tutorial help you improve with Google image SEO

Before we upload, however, the SEO image name is VERY important. Make sure you've saved your image with the image keyword and the main keyword in it. The example image we're using here has been saved as: pictures-of-fashionclothes- and-neon-dresses.jpg

Also make sure you save as a JPG file, as Google seems to prefer these images over other formats. Before we upload, we are also going to change the meta details of the image. If you are running Windows XP, Windows 7 or Vista for example, you can do this by right clicking on the image in it's folder, and clicking Properties. 2. Include your main site keyword at least once every 100 words.
3. Include the image keyword at least once every 100 words.
4. Ensure the image keyword has at least two (but preferably three) instances of the keyword in bold, italic and underlined in the post (one of each). You can make a keyword bold AND underlined at the same time. This should work fine.
